Funeral service: Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clearfield North Stake Center, 151 N. 1000 W.

Burial & graveside service: Saturday, March 18th, 12 Noon at Grouse Creek, UT

Lorraine Hardy Kimber, the epitome of enduring to the end, has finished her fight and returned to reunite with her loved ones. Born November 22, 1936 she left this world on March 10, 2017. She was reared and educated in Oakley, Idaho and attended BYU. Lorraine married her sweetheart, Dennis Morgan Kimber on August 6, 1957 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on October 31, 2011. Lorraine loved knitting, crocheting, plastic canvas, cross stitching, tri-chem paint and being with her family. Surviving are her children, Larry (Raylene) Kimber of Arizona, Grant (Debbie) Kimber of Lewiston, UT; Denese Kimber of Clearfield, UT; Nadine (Robert) Joy of Smithfield, UT; Suzanne Robinette of Layton, UT; Lucynda Kimber of Clearfield, UT, 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is survived by two sisters: Joan Whittle of Oakley, ID; Irene Christensen of Rexburg, ID; one brother Byron Hardy of Oakley, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother and a granddaughter. In lieu of flowers make donations to your local LDS ward missionary fund. Viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16 at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City, UT. Funeral service will be Friday, March 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Clearfield North Stake Center, 151 N. 1000 W. Burial will be held in Grouse Creek, UT on Saturday, March 18th, at 12 Noon for the graveside service.
