Colleen Clara Carlos Kennington passed away quietly, surrounded by her family on March 26, 2017 at the age of 88. She was born on January 14, 1929 in Ogden Utah, to Dorothy Brooks Moore and Archibald (Archie) Thomas Carlos. She attended Davis High School and served an LDS mission in Southern California and a couples mission with her husband to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She married Eugene Kennington on June 30, 1955 in the Salt Lake Temple and they had two children, George Kennington (Kathy) and Kaylene Kennington Hull (John). She loved her family and friends, visiting teaching, flowers, going for walks and had a strong testimony of her Savior Jesus Christ. She is survived by her Husband, children, 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Friday March 31st at Gillies Funeral Home from 10:00-10:45 a.m., with the funeral following at 11:00. Internment will be at the Brigham City Cemetary. Please omit flowers.
