Patricia Poorman Williams age 70, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of March 12th, 2016. Born to Delbert Henry Poorman and Rosilla Mae Osborne Poorman in Ogden Utah on March 13th, 1945; Pat was the "baby" of the family, loved and spoiled by her parents, and her older siblings (Sister Nancy Poorman Hyde & brother Thomas Jefferson Poorman). She graduated from Ogden HS in 1963, and received an Associate Degree in Cosmetology from Weber State University in 1964. She went on to manage a salon in Brigham City, then was the owner of Snow White's Looking Glass; her salon in our home. She worked in her salon for over 30 years. She then worked for 5 years as the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity. She served as manager of the YMCA Christmas assistance program, as well as writing and receiving grants for 4 different Non-profit organizations; receiving one grant of $600,000 for one particular organization. Pat's favorite activities included volunteering for church and community groups, and being mom to eight children! Our mom was a great mother, she loved each of us unconditionally, regardless of the choices we made. Some of mom's other activities were crafting and sewing. As children mom made matching outfits for all of us every Christmas, she and dad included; whether or not we wanted them.....thankfully we outgrew these! Mom was preceded in death by her parents Del and Mae Poorman, a brother Thomas J. Poorman, her son Brody Patrick Williams, her daughter Megan Elizabeth Williams, 2 nephews, and one niece. Surviving Patricia are her husband and full time care giver for many years - John Robert Prop Williams of Brigham City, her sister Nancy Poorman Hyde of Birmingham Alabama, her Nephew Steve Poorman (Jennifer Whalen) of Ogden Ut, her step-children Robert Bryan Williams (Jamie J. Davis ) and Shellie Williams, both of Cache Valley, Kimberlee Williams Arigot (Kyle Arigot) of Syracuse Ut, Jason John Williams (Heather L. Josephson) of Brigham City, Jared Robert Williams (Christie Peters Williams) of Littleton Colorado, Joshua Prop Williams Lt. Colonel USAF (Tina Hafen) of Bonaire, Georgia, and 14 grandchildren. As her children, we are very grateful and thankful to our dad Prop, for the constant care he has given to mom for so many years. It was his full time job to care for our mom for the many years as her health declined. Dad took great pride in taking care of our mother, Thank You Dad!! As a family we would like to thank the many neighbors and friends of the Brigham City 18th Ward for the care, service, and love shown to our family over the years, but especially their care for mom and dad. We would also like to thank all of those who cared for mom during her time at Brigham Hospital, they treated our mother (& all of us) with kindness and compassion; and special thanks to the ER staff Dr. Clark, Julie Nichole's RN, Daniel Glenn in respiratory, and Kelly Stuart for their talent and skill in caring for our mother. We would also like to thank all of the Hospice caregivers for their wonderful care and compassionate service in the days preceding mom's passing. A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brigham City LDS West Stake Center, 895 North 625 West. Viewings will be held Wednesday at the stake center from 6-8 p.m. and again Thursday from 10-10:40 a.m. prior to the funeral.

To Prop and family. I am so sorry at the loss of your wife and mother, Snow White. May you all be blessed by God's love.
My sincere condolences on the loss of your wife and mother. Pat and I were friends in high school and although we lost track of one another I have and will always remember what a great person she was!
