Shad is survived by his parents, his grandmothers, Dixie Brown and Dotty Slama and his siblings; AmyLee Vit, Brigham City; Jerod Ray Harrop, Brigham City; Camie Marie Harrop-Moore, Green River Wyoming; Kylee Simpson, West Haven; and was an incredible Uncle to many nieces and nephews who will miss him terribly. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers; Thamer E Brown and Raymond L Harrop. Shad really was a hero and always will be. I have many fond memories of Shad at the BC House. He was always concerned about others. I watched him give another client a nice jacket he was wearing, because that client didn't have a jacket. He was the best worker He always went the extra mile. I will miss his sense of humor. He had a way of making others laugh. He always spoke fondly of you Vicky, he dearly loved you. You were his icon. He is taking care of others now. I will miss Shad, He has a special place in my heart!

I want to let you know you have been in my prayers. I've been thinking about you and the loss of your child. I can only wrap my arms around you and hold you. May you draw strength from those who care and love you. I can only share what Ruthie Secrist said to me when my son Zane passed away. "It never is easier just less difficult" it is very true. I call my tears grief bursts and never am afraid or sorry for the tears. I so wish I could take this from you. May you find some peace and comfort
I was sorry to hear about your loss. My heart goes out to you in this time of grief. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
I want to say that I adored Shad. He always knew how to make me smile. I am sorry I want able to come the the funeral. I was with my grandfather who passed away the same day of his funeral. SHAD was so caring, kind, loving and a great person all around. I wish we could have kept in touch more. He always put a smile on my face. If I only knew he was struggling so much. I wish I could have reached out more. I glad he had such an amazing family. If there is anything I can do please reach out to me ;(
Our heartfelt condolences to the entire family. We are sadden to hear of your loss. May you find solace in the love and memories shared together and may God comfort you with these words from the Bible. "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." (Revelation 21:4)
