Laura Rose LaRose Bitsilly passed away on February 10, 2015, at the Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV. She was born on December 28, 1933 in Fort Duchesne, Utah to Eugene B. and Rosella M. LaRose. Laura married Bahe Y. Bitsilly in Brigham City, Utah on May 24, 1952. Laura was the loving Mother of Flora (Sparks, NV) and Ernest (Antelope, CA), three grandchildren Christopher (Sparks, NV), Nicole (Owyhee, NV), Aly (Antelope, CA) and two great grandchildren Logan and Ezra. She was predeceased by her parents and husband. Laura graduated from Box Elder High School, Brigham City, UT. She was employed by Thiokol Corp., Brigham City UT, Nenahnezad School in Fruitland, NM, retiring in 1983 from Intermountain School, Brigham City, UT. Laura loved her quilting, traveling, and hosting her brother, sisters and close relatives at her home. She always attended family gatherings and had a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. There will be a viewing on February 18, 2015 at 10:00am at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 E. 2nd S., Brigham City, Utah. All are welcome. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Brigham City Cemetery.
