HONEYVILLE – Our loving friend, Linda Lee Behrens, 70, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Bear River Valley Hospital in Tremonton, Utah. She was born on April 5, 1944 in Long Beach, California, a daughter of Wilfred Karl and Mary Louise Pittam Behrens. She graduated from Greenscove Springs High School in Florida in 1962. She attended CAL State University. Linda was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and currently in the Honeyville LDS 3rd Ward. She had served in the Primary, Relief Society President in the Cambodia Branch, nursery, visiting teacher and served a Stake Mission. Linda was working at the time of her passing was Convergys as a Tech Support. She enjoyed photography, volleyball and reading. One of her greatest loves were her dogs. In lieu of flowers make donations to Gillies Funeral Chapel, PO Box 704, Brigham City, Utah 84302 to offset funeral expenses. Surviving are three best friends, Laurie Newton, Dianne Nunez, and Lisa Marie Nunez all of Honeyville, Utah. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Honeyville LDS 3rd Ward Chapel, 2620 West 6980 North. Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Calls Fort Cemetery.
