Brigham City - Our loving father and friend, Harold (Hal) Davis Page, passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 23, 2014, at Country Lane Assisted Living Center in Brigham City, UT. He was born on March 19, 1924 born in Salisbury, NC to James and Sadie Davis Page. He married his High School sweetheart, Blonnie Pethel on March 8, 1943, in Miami, Florida. He served in the Navy Submarine service for 21 years, and retired from the rank of Chief Warrant Officer. He retired from ATK (Thiokol) after many dedicated years as a Senior Technical Editor and Senior Customer Relations Representative. He enjoyed fly fishing, woodworking and home improvement projects. He also loved picking fresh oranges off the tree for breakfast while in Palm Springs visiting his son, David. Most of all he loved his wife following her only 6 days after she passed away. Surviving are his son, David of Los Angeles, CA, four grandchildren: Jeff; Heidi, Danielle and Braden; his God Daughter Cindy (Mike) Peters; and Emily Stark. He was preceded in death by his wife, Blonnie, son, Stephen Page; one brother, James. The family would like to thank AFI Hospice, especially Wendy Larragoitiy, Brenda Burns and Dr. John and Michelle Markeson for the wonderful and loving care they provided to Hal. In lieu of flowers please make donation to: In Memory of Hal Page Memorial Fund, c/o Holy Cross Lutheran Church, PO Box 732, Brigham City, UT 84302. Memorial Services will be held Monday September 29, 2014. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM with service to follow at 10:30 AM, where military honors will be accorded by the Box Elder Combined Veterans Honor Guard. Private family burial will take place at a later date.
