We were saddened to read in the paper about your mother's passing. Our family had been on a vacation in Yellowstone and didn't get home until Saturday after you had already had the graveside services for her. We would have wanted to be there. Jamiel too of course. Your mother was a special friend and I thought so much of her. I've always been sad that I unmeaningly hurt her feelings. I have missed her already for years and will continue to miss her. Thank you for your friendship. The memories we have of you and your mother remain in our hearts. May the Lord bless you through this difficult time.
With love from,
We are sincerely sorry for your loss. Though we haven't kept in touch, Darrell dearly loved Alice Jean.
